Classes
Standard Membership includes:
- Up to 2 tuition sessions per week.
- Mapped to the National Curriculum.
- A tailored maths and English course created for your child's individual needs.
- Parent feedback at the end of each session.
- Regular in-depth Parent Meetings to discuss your child's progress.
- No booking required - members can attend at any time during our opening hours.
- Regular Open Sessions for families to
- Interactive maths and English workshops during school holidays.

In addition to our numeracy and literacy curriculum, Explore Learning offers additional courses that focus on specific areas of learning.
11+: The 11+ course runs for 9 months and is designed to support and tutor children in Year 5 who are preparing for entrance exams.

Explore Writing: The Explore Writing course focuses on helping children extend their basic literay skills whilst drawing on their own imaginative skills to learn the principles of fiction and non-fiction writing.

Succeed in Secondary: Succeed in Secondary is designed for children in Year 6 and above and focuses on supporting children through the sometimes tricky transition between Primary School and Secondary School.

Enrichment Maths: The Enrichment Maths course covers challenging creative and practical maths problem solving skills. It is designed specifically for children aged between 10 and 13 years.

These courses are subject to an additional charge.

Ages and Levels Covered
For children of all levels and abilities, aged between 5 and 14 years.

Opening Times
Our centre is open 7 days a week. Members do not need to book sessions in advance, and can attend on any day and at any time during our opening hours. Tuition sessions are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes long.

Tuesday 15:00-19:00 (Explore Writing only 18:45-19:45)
Wednesday 15:00-19:00 (11+ and Enrichment Maths only 18:45-19:45)
Thursday 15:00-20:00 (Succeed in Secondary 18:45-19:45)
Friday 15:00-20:00
Saturday 10:00-18:00
Sunday 11:00-17:00

Our centre is also open out of term time, subject to a revised opening timetable.

Tuition Fees
Our standard membership is £98 per month (a sibling discount is available). If you are eligible for Childcare Vouchers, Working Tax Credit or Income Support, you may be able to save money on your Explore Membership. Please speak to one of our tutors to discuss these options.

Special Offers
We offer a free trial session for you to experience the centre and for us to assess your child's needs. Please contact us to book it with us.
We will also be holding free workshops for children of the community on Monday 13th February, please call the centre on 01708 869 650 for more information.

Directions
Our centre is inside Lakeside Shopping Centre, on the Brompton Walk. The closest car park to find us is Car Park D level 3. Chafford Hundred Train Station is inside Lakeside and a few minutes walk from our centre.
