Classes
Classes operate on a ‘drop-in’ basis and each student works on his or her individualised work whilst at the study centre. You can expect to spend about 30 minutes at the centre for each subject studied. It is recommended that students attend the centre twice a week.
The Kumon Instructor is assisted by 4 mature adult assistants and 3 6th form students, so help is always at hand.

Ages and Levels Covered
Kumon is an individualised daily study programme and caters for students of all ages. We begin with a diagnostic assessment of each student and then we work through the programme at a pace to suit the individual. The Kumon programme complements the National Curriculum from Early Learning through to A level and beyond. There is no age bracket. As long as the student is able to sit still and concentrate for about 10 minutes at a time, then he/she is ready.
