Classes
Kumon provides individualised Maths and English programmes. Attendance at class is a "drop-in" basis during class times as each child works at their own individual development plan. Children take approximately 20-30 minutes per subject and attend class once or twice a week.

Ages and Levels Covered
The Kumon programme enables all children to study work at the most appropriate level for their individual ability meaning each child can attend on a "drop-in" basis for approximately 30-40 minutes per subject studied. All newly enrolled students are guided through the class process so that they can find their work quickly and swap completed homework and work set for the following week.

Students work under close supervision initially to settle into their new routine and receive guidance to help establish their new study skills. The time spent in class is invaluable in understanding a child's needs and how best to support and develop them. This observation time ensures work set can be individualised by the instructor to support their development and maximise their development.

New topics are generally tackled in class, enabling the student to ask questions and feel more confident prior to receiving further work to practise at home. Once marked errors are corrected by the student assuring a positive outcome with all work completed as correct. This encourage greater confidence and boosts self-esteem.

Award ceremonies take place twice a year to recognise the progress of students. Certificates are awarded to students working at a higher level than their peers and those who have made significant progress in their study skills.
