My name is Joseph Wilkins and I am a professional actor. I studied English Literature at Durham University from 2000-2003. I then trained at LAMDA on the prestigious 3 year course from 2004-2007.
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I can tutor online over skype for all subjects and am very comfortable to discuss the client's needs regarding this.

What kind of experience do you have?
I have been a professional actor since 2007. I have worked in TV, Film and on Stage. I have recently finished performing in "Great Britain" at the Theatre Royal Haymarket after its transfer from The National Theatre. I have worked with the National Theatre 4 times in less than 3 years in productions "Othello", "The Captain of Kopenick" and "The Doctors Dilemma". I also toured UK and Mexico with Ed Hall's Propeller Theatre Company's "Henry V" at the start of 2014. Directors I have worked with include Sir Nicholas Hytner, Adrian Noble, Nadia Fall and Edward Hall.

I am in the recent BAFTA/Golden Globe nominated film "Pride" as Jason.

For English tuition I have an English Literature degree from the prestigious Durham University. I can tutor at a range of levels and specialise in Shakespeare tuition but also the study of British/Irish fiction and poetry, American poetry and American fiction. I have all the syllabus' for the AQA and OCR A level exams. I am currently teaching A-Level students in the "Reading for Meaning - Love Through the Ages" module of the A2 AQA course, GCSE English literature and Language and OCR Board A Level English Literature.
How much do you charge?
I charge £30 per hour although travel expenses may be required.
Where do you teach?
I teach mainly in my home in Wandsworth but can travel.
When are you available?
Currently available daytimes and evenings.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach from GCSE upwards.

No, but can achieve one if necessary

I believe that it is important to tailor our sessions based on your strengths and weaknesses. There is no set format for any of my tutorials, it is totally up to whatever aspect you wish to improve on.
