Assessment for Learning

Assessment for Learning is the process of giving written or verbal feedback to children as they work towards their goal, giving them a picture of how they achieving and what work still needs to be done.

If children know their areas of strength and weakness, how they learn, and the standard for which they are aiming, then they will be more likely to succeed and the journey could be much more enjoyable.
