A-level Accounting

As a professional accountant I have been extremely impressed the the A level accounting qualification.

It is about as difficult as a 1st Level of the 3 level Chartered Accountancy Exam.  But the really good thing about studying accountiing at school is that you get much more assistance from the teacher.  This is absolutey essential for mastering the basics of accounting.  When you go to Uni or take professional exams you will be taking this course in a giant lecture hall with hundreds of students.  There will be no hand on help provided.  As a result it will be MUCH harder.  So taking it A level will give you a major edge of your fellow students.

If you plan to study Business at University or train to be a Chartered Accountant (or CIMA) take A Level Accountancy!
