ART EXHIBITION REVIEW

THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME: NEW SCULPTURE
Saatchi Gallery: 27th May - 15th October 2011

The 'Shape of Things to Come', is an excellent Fine Art Sculpture exhibition for anyone to see. It will be ending soon on October 15th.

If you are in need of inspiration for your artwork, this is the perfect exhibition to see. Take your sketchbook and a small digital camera. Consider what the exhibition is about, it might not be immediately obvious, do some research on the artists too.

The range of hidden concepts may not be so transparent when you first view this exhibition, beware of not falling into obvious assumptions too! This exhibition reflects a stimulating mix of contextual and contemporary thoughts on art, society and meaning. It will hopefully make you consider 'man and landscape' through ages and time. The range of mediums and materials used too, are just has diverse, ambitious and above all fun, contentious and bold. This shows how the sculptor, painter, maker and thinker can work as one!

Make sure you get there before this show ends.
