Classical Singing

The human voice is the specific element of each performer.

It is this element which constitutes the foundation of voice classification, considering  the stamp (color), ambitus, and especially  the tessitura.

The quality is the primary function of a sonorous voice, without it even the most beautiful voice doesn’t carry in an opera house.

Being an excellent biological tool, the voice is always subject to risk factors such as illness, wear, fatigue etc. The  most important mission of a lyrical performer is to know his or her voice perfectly, to be aware of what can and what cannot be done to the voice, to know the parameters and limits of the voice.

Besides the innate qualities of the voice, it is very important for a singer always to build  the instrument on a conscientious and rational basis, thus trying to study and understand this entire complex singing mechanism, both from the mechanical and the physiological perspective.

You must know what is going on inside you, to build your instrument, to restrain yourself, to be capable of performance even when your emotional state or health prevents you from doing so.

You should be the one mastering the voice and not the other way around.
