Now, I wouldn't be a very good expert if I wasn't transparent about what is available to the new or existing Mac owner. There are many How-to guides available on blogs, on YouTube and discussed in forums. What I'm here to do is help out in a one-to-one fashion, and help you out with managing YOUR photos, YOUR contacts, and YOUR digital life.
iLife, Apple's software package for managing, editing and creating photos, music, videos, websites and DVDs is included on any new Mac and features applications iPhoto, iTunes (which most of you should be familiar with), iMovie, iDVD and iWeb.
You can attend a free seminar at your local Apple Store which show you how to you use these applications, but there are also a whole heap of videos on Apple's own website, which you can watch and follow in the comfort of your own home of office. Go to: www.apple.com/ilife/tutorials/ and select the video that is most relevant.
If you can't find any information on how to use an application you're having trouble with, or need expert advice, please contact me - I'd be happy to help you get to grips with your Mac.
