Flute

To become a good musician, obviously you need to love music. It is also very important to develop a good technique in order to progress on your chosen instruments. It can be very frustrating for talented students when they can not express their musicality due to a flaw in their technique.

I recommend that all my students purchase a book such as Trevor Wye's Practice Books for the Flute, which contains short, accessible exercises covering all aspects of technique. With just a small amount of regular practice from a book like this, students progress at remarkable speed!

About The Author

I studied at the Royal Northern College of Music, where I was fortunate enough to learn and be inspired by some fantastic teachers. I am very passionate about passing this on to my students.
