Jazz Theory/ Composition

In teaching an instrument, it is important to teach from a relevant book, so that the student can learn and gauge their progress. This is added to the material communicated verbally to the student, which the teacher should have acquired over many years. In this way, the student develops a broad, comprehensive knowledge of music and can also apply their knowledge to all other musical instruments.
