Dear all,

Even if we practise a lot before a performance, I think all of us know what nerves, anxiety and stage fright is: hands that are cold and trembling, a knot in the stomach and many other symptoms.

I had a big problem with performance anxiety until I found a great seminar with a well known musician psychologist. I was very lucky because I had it for free at the Royal Academy of Music, but if you have the chance I strongly recommend that you attend the seminars in London. They last 2 days, but are extremely helpful.

The psychologist is Inger Murray, a Danish psychologist with a huge experience in working with musicians.
