Whatever your level, if you want to improve your piano playing, regular practice will allow you to progress. At a beginner's level, a daily practice of 15 to 20 minutes is a good start.
Start with a few exercises like scales, arpeggios or studies to warm up your fingers and then you can practice your pieces. Focus on a few bars at a time, especially the difficult ones.
Practice shouldn't be a chore. Set a regular time for your daily practice and it will become part of your daily life. And you will soon look forward to this regular meeting with your piano!
