Piano

Music has always been my greatest passion ever since I was 5 years old and started learning the piano. It has run through my family: my grandmother was a piano teacher, my mother a singing coach, and my brother a brass teacher.

Learning an instrument, no matter what it is, gives not just you but everyone who knows you great pleasure. You can meet new people through music, you can join instrumental groups, and above all you can experience the pleasures music can bring.

I have had such pleasures in learning music, and still now when playing in rock bands and different groups, it still gives the same buzz as it always has. That is why being a music tutor is so rewarding, to pass on the skills I have learnt to others, so they can enjoy the same things I have enjoyed in my life so far. Yes it can be difficult, and can be frustrating sometimes, but it can be so much fun!
