Violin

The Kodaly Method was invented by a Hungarian composer and educator in the mid-twentieth century. The main idea is to teach music to children at a very young age. The method helps children get to a high level in a short period of time, with singing and rhythm games and exercises. This method also contains knowledge of the “solmisations”. Kodaly’s idea was to teach children singing and playing an instrument at the same time, thus helping them to think more musically. The Kodaly Method is still used today by some of the greatest musicians in the world.
