I believe teaching styles should vary depending on the student. It is the job of a good teacher to assess what a student needs and how they work best. I do not believe that the one teaching style can bring out the best in every student as they are all individuals and work at their own pace. A common fault in teachers is that they rely too heavily either on praise or negativity to propel their students forward. This should be adjusted accordingly to how best the students work.
