Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach A Level Chemistry and GCSE Science.

Chemistry Degree. A.R.I.C.

What kind of experience do you have?
30 years teaching.

How much do you charge?
£25 an hour for A level, £22 an hour for GCSE. I charge extra for travel.

Where do you teach?
At home or students' homes. Derby, Nottingham, Mansfield, Chesterfield areas.

When are you available?
Daytime and evenings.

Which ages and levels do you teach?
GCSE and A-Level (10 to 18 years old).

Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
Registered in 2002.

Where and with whom did you train?
Derby University, Salford University.

Tell me about some of your current students.
One of my past students at the Nottingham High School for Girls obtained 100% in her A Level final exam. The first student at the High School to achieve this.

Do you have a personal message for students?
I was a very successful Head of Department and since retirement I have been giving private tuition. I am familiar with all the major syllabi including Edexcel, OCR and AQA. I like to make sessions relaxed, interesting and enjoyable but challenging. Exam. technique is always strongly emphasized.
