I am passionate about Spanish. I believe the best way to learn it is one to one where there is opportunity for conversation. I teach Biology as it is a subject which unlocks fantastic opportunities.

I teach Spanish, Biology and English as a foreign language.
Tell me about your qualifications.
MSc Conservation Science, Imperial College London Distinction
BA Biological Sciences, Oxford University 2.1
Alevel Biology, Spanish, Chemistry all to A grade.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have 6 months experience of teaching English to teenagers in Mexico. I have also worked as a translator in the Mexican Museum of Mining which required an extremely high level of written and spoken Spanish. I have experience of working with students of all abilities. I spent 2 years volunteering for Mencap teaching adults with learning disabilities. Recently I have been helping with 'Forest School' at a local primary in Bristol, teaching children aged 3-8yrs about the great outdoors! And I regularly work as a child minder for families with children of a range of ages.
How much do you charge?
£35 per hour for A-level and £30 for GCSE.
Where do you teach?
Tutees are welcome to come to my house in Stoke Newington. I am also able to travel to the tutee's house in the surrounding area, or I am happy to give classes in cafes.
When are you available?
At weekends and during the week with foreplanning.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I am happy to take on tutees of any age.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
GCSE and A-level.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
Not currently but I have had in the past. I can give references for families who I have worked as a child minder for and I am happy to teach under supervision.
