I am an experienced teacher, I aim to teach students to understand concepts rather than just learn facts.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach in a secondary school in Hertfordshire. I presently teach; A level biology, GCSE science, triple award, applied science and human biology at GCSE. I also teach KS3 science. I have been teaching for 10 years.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a qualified teacher with a PGCE in sedcondary education, a BSc in Applied Ecology, 9 GCSEs (A-C), and A-level Biology, Chemistry and Geography.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching for 10 years and tutoring for 8 years. I have an in-depth knowledgeof the specifaction content for QCA, AQA, OCR and Edexcel.
How much do you charge?
I charge £30 for GCSE and £35 for A level
Where do you teach?
I tutor from my home in Woodside Park and may travel short distances depending on the days.
When are you available?
I am available most days in the evenings and during the day as well as at weekends.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach ages 11-16 Science, and 16+ for Biology.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I prepare students for GCSE sciences and A level biology.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
I have a CRB Certificate.

I currently tutor a student in year 10 and another student who is in year 13 studying A2 biology.
