Personal Message: I am a saxophonist studying at the RNCM. I love teaching & have done ever since I began as an assistant teacher at Rochdale Music Service.
Which subject(s) do you teach?: I teach flute and clarinet up to grade 8, and teach saxophone up to and beyond grade 8.
Tell me about your qualifications.: I have recently graduated with a first class honours degree, and I am currently undertaking a postgraduate diploma in performance.
What kind of experience do you have?: I have vast performing experience from solo classical recitals, to European big band competitions.
How much do you charge?: £24 per hour £13 per half an hour There would be an additional charge for travel if this was required.
Where do you teach?: I teach from my home in Rochdale.
When are you available?: Weekdays and weekends. I can be very accommodating with my time.
Which ages and levels do you teach?: All ages
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?: ABRSM exams, practical and theory based.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?: Yes - from the RNCM.
Do you belong to any professional organisations?: ISM
Where and with whom did you train?: I trained with Rob Buckland, Carl Raven, Andy Scott and Mike Hall.
Do you have a personal message for students?: I hope to bring an exciting way of learning to students. As most of my time at college was performing and practising, I hope to pass on this skill set.

My aim in any lesson is to ensure you as the pupil have as much fun as possible. I believe this can be achieved by being very flexible as a tutor.
