I have over 6 years teaching experience to a wide range of students from secondary school age to private mature students.
My teaching experience includes:

Based in Wimbledon. I tutor GCSE & A-Level to all major examination boards with a focus on improving exam technique.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
A-Level Biology. A-Level Chemistry. GCSE/IGCSE Biology, GCSE/IGCSE Chemistry.
I am especially experienced with OCR A-Level Biology, EDEXCEL & AQA IGCSE Chemistry and Biology.
Most of my A level students had disappointing AS results and required tuition for A2 and AS level.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a Final year Medical student at St George's University of London.
My first Degree was in Theatre Studies at Middlesex University, where I graduated in 2005 with 2.1 BA(Hons).
Having achieved a grade of 594/600 (99%) in my chemistry A-level and 587/600 (98%) in my biology A-level I am aware of what it takes to get great grades.
At Medical school my exam results have also been consistently high as each year I have finished within the top decile.

My prices mentioned above include the cost of all travel and resources such as past papers or books.
- Where do you teach?
I am based in Wimbledon and I am able to travel to students' homes.
- When are you available?
Weekday evenings and weekends.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
GCSE and A-Level science qualifications.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
My aim as a tutor is to try and create a fun, encouraging environment with a clear study path that allows students to enjoy what they are studying.
I personally believe that students have a greater chance of success when they are guided by a tutor that enjoys teaching and is passionate about the subject.

My daughter's D at OCR AS biology did not reflect her ability. We contacted Steven due to his impressive exam results, his experience and his focus on exam technique. We had hoped from an A but the B grade achieved was very impressive considering her AS results. My daughter and I were very happy with the result. Excellent tutor! My daughter was very disappointed with her 2014 AS results and after tuition from Steven her grades went from an D in AS to a B overall.
