Which subject(s) do you teach?: I teach flute, recorder, piano(beginners - grade 4), chamber music and also theory.
Tell me about your qualifications.: I am a private flute teacher, who has finished studies at the Ecole Normale de Music de Paris Alfred Cortot with P.Y.Artaud and obtained a master degree called "Diplome Superiour de Concertist" in flute performance and chamber music performance.
I have several years of experience in teaching in Europe and am also an active performer of classical, blues, flamenco and jazz repertoire. I am available for teaching in London and the Greater London area.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching both children and adults.
I welcome students of classical, pop and jazz repertoire.
I do my best to always create a relaxed atmosphere and thus achieve comfortable learning environment. While my approach to teaching is systematic, I also adapt to each students level and ability.
What kind of experience do you have?: I am a professional classical flutist. I studied at Music Academy in Ljubljana and at Ecole Normale de Paris Alfred Cortot. I have attended masterclasses around the world and trained with many world renowned professors and musicians such as P.Y.Artaud, G.Alirol, M.Koffler, M.Conti, V.Prats, Ph.Bernold, M.Parry,etc. I have 11 years of teaching experience and for the last 4 years I work as a flute and chamber teacher at Junior School of Music. My students are from 7 to 17 years old and some of them are prizewinners of National competitions.
I teach few private students from 9 on and adults.
I was also leading flute masterclasses in Croatia, Slovenia and Cyprus.
How much do you charge?: 20£ per lesson.
Where do you teach?: I teach at my home in Blackheath and also near my postcode location
When are you available?: I am available most days during the week.
Which ages and levels do you teach?: 7 on and adult - all levels.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?: I prepare my students for concerts, exams, competitions, etc.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?: no
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.: I can give lessons also online (skype). Payment through paypal account. The lessons costs £15 per hour.
