About Boris
- What kind of experience do you have?
I am a professional classical flutist. I studied at Music Academy in Ljubljana and at Ecole Normale de Paris Alfred Cortot. I have attended masterclasses around the world and trained with many world renowned professors and musicians such as P.Y.Artaud, G.Alirol, M.Koffler, M.Conti, V.Prats, Ph.Bernold, M.Parry,etc. I have 11 years of teaching experience and for the last 4 years I work as a flute and chamber teacher at Junior School of Music. My students are from 7 to 17 years old and some of them are prizewinners of National competitions.
I teach few private students from 9 on and adults.
I was also leading flute masterclasses in Croatia, Slovenia and Cyprus.

- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach flute, recorder, piano(beginners - grade 4), chamber music and also theory.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a professional flutist and teacher. I finished studies at the Ecole Normale de Music de Paris Alfred Cortot with P.Y.Artaud and obtained a final master degree "Diplome Superiour de Concertist" in flute performance and chamber music performance.
I have several years of experience in teaching in Europe while performing manly classical, but also blues, flamenco and jazz repertoire. I am available for teaching in London and the Greater London area (for additional travel cost).
I thoroughly enjoy teaching both children and adults.
I do my best to always create a relaxed atmosphere and thus achieve comfortable learning environment. While my approach to teaching is systematic, I also adapt to each students level and ability. But I must say that everyday practice is necessary to achieve the best results!
- How much do you charge?
£35 per 1hour of flute lesson.
- Where do you teach?
I teach at my home in Blackheath and also can travel (for additional cost) near my postcode location.
- When are you available?
I am available afternoon every day of the week. Also very flexible.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
7 on and adult - all levels.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I prepare my students for concerts, exams, competitions, etc.

I can give lessons also online (skype). Payment through paypal account. The lessons costs £20 per hour.
