Personal Message: I am a friendly, patient and experienced tutor, willing to work with students to fulfil their own expectations rather than my own, whether you would like to work towards an exam or just play for fun.
Which subject(s) do you teach?: I teach piano.
Tell me about your qualifications.: I hold a Bachelor of Music (hons) from the University of Edinburgh.
What kind of experience do you have?: I have extensive experience in private tuition and performance practice workshops. I have been teaching for seven years, and as a recent graduate I am now looking to expand my student base.
How much do you charge?: I charge £20 per hour.
Where do you teach?: As I hold a visitor's pass to the University of Edinburgh, lessons can be arranged in the music department. I am also happy to travel for a lesson.
When are you available?: My schedule constantly changes, so I am fairly flexible. A regular lesson can certainly be arranged over the phone or via email.
Which ages and levels do you teach?: Primarily I teach beginners and intermediate levels. However, I am capable and willing to teach students of all levels.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?: Yes.
