- Tell me about your qualifications.
- I have a BA Dual Honours in French and Spanish (2:1) from the University of Sheffield and Qualified Teacher Status (DfES no. 01/17855) I also have a Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) (Pass B Standard)
- What kind of experience do you have?
- I have 9 years experience teaching Key Stages 2 - 5 (including GCSE, IGCSE and A' Level in both Spanish and French) and 2 years experience teaching English as a Foreign Language (mixed nationalities - all levels and ages)
- How much do you charge?
- My rates vary from £20 per hour for Key Stages 1, 2 and 3, conversation and general EFL, £25 per hour for GCSE and A' Level, to £30 per hour for under-graduate level tuition. Groups of 2 students or more are normally charged at reduced 'per student' rates. I may have to add additional petrol costs depending on distance.
- Where do you teach?
- At students' homes, sometimes in my own home and online via skype. I am willing to travel up to 15 miles from DT2 but I work predominantly in the Dorchester and Weymouth areas.
- When are you available?
- My availability is flexible and varies depending on what day of the week and time you want tuition. Please contact me for further details.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
- I teach from Key Stage 1 to under-graduate inclusive, I do not have a maximum upper age limit! For EFL I teach all ages and levels.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
- Common Entrance Exams (Languages only) GCSE Spanish/French IGCSE Spanish/French AS Spanish/French A2 Spanish/French Degree Spanish/French
