- What kind of experience do you have?
I have a considerable experience on teaching Composition, Music Theory, Guitar, Lyra and Greek Music to students of various ages and levels, as I have taught these subjects privately and in seminars and workshops for the last 5 years.

I have taken Composition lessons and seminars with James Saunders (PhD supervisor), Michalis Lapidakis, Dimitri Papageorgiou, Alexis Porfiriadis, Panayiotis Kokkoras and Beat Furrer and guitar with Nikos Froudarakis and Thanassis Pavlou.

I am a Composer and Performer who is passionate about sharing music through teaching. My approach on teaching, my methodology and my experience guarantee a reliable and confident guidance on the students` chosen subject.

I teach Composition and Music Theory, Analysis and Ear Training. Also Guitar, Greek Music, and Cretan Lyra.

- How much do you charge?
£30 for 1 hour

- Where do you teach?
I am teaching both at home (preferably) and at students' homes. I am willing to travel up to 10 miles away.
- When are you available?
I am reasonably flexible during week days.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I am able to teach all ages and levels. In the past I have taught several students from age 5 to 60 and levels from beginners to experts.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I prepare my students for ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall, for diploma paperwork examinations and for AS and A2 level Music.
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
Subjects such as Composition, Theory and Analysis can be taught via Skype. The student can send scores, exercises and assignments via mail, and then we can talk them through. Unfortunately, this is not efficient with instrument teaching.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
Music is my life and I feel that it is most enjoyable when shared with others, either through performance or through teaching. I strongly believe that, given the opportunity, I can build a strong relation between the student and music. I always offer a free trial lesson, so that we get to know each other and the student gets the chance of a first-hand evaluation of my teaching.
