Interview

Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Economics over a range of levels from GCSE up to A-Levels. I also help students prepare for university entrance and Oxbridge applications, particularly for the subject of Economics.


Tell me about your qualifications.
I graduated with a Second-Upper in BA (Hons) Economics from Cambridge University (Christ's College).


What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching A-Level students for the past 2 months. I've also previously taught GCSE Math 2 years before. Besides that, I've been helping students with their university applications and have been quite successful in assisting them gain entry into top universities in the country.


How much do you charge?
A-Level Economics is £40/hr. I spend an additional 10-15 minutes getting to know the student which I do not charge for. Students are welcome to be tutored at my flat in Canary Wharf which is carried out via an Oxbridge supervision-style environment. Group discounts are available upon further discussion.


Where do you teach?
I primarily teach at home in Canary Wharf, E14. I am also happy to teach via correspondence at a reduced rate.


When are you available?
Weekends

Do you have a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
No.


Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
Online tutoring is carried out via Instant Messaging and/or Skype with the help of notes and diagrams.
