I have a teaching diploma and grade 8 qualification from the Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music. I've been working as a music tuor for over seven years now, during which time my playing and my teaching has continued to develop. I strive to provide a modern, innovative approach to music education which is both fun greatly rewarding for pupils of all ages, whatever their musical aspirations.
What kind of experience do you have?
From a young age I had experience performing with several bands around the liverpool area. I have also fronted several bands, gigging in and around merseyside. I began my teaching work at The Yamaha Music School (formally Rushworths) before relocating (upon closure) to Penny Lane Music School, situated in the charming and well facilitated venue of Dovedale Baptist church in Aigburth. For the last 3 years I've also been offering tuition in student's own homes. I travel out to areas in Merseyside including Crosby, Ainsdale, Formby, Birkdale, Seaforth, and also Widnes. I have also worked and recieved recommendations from several mainstream schools such as Scarisbrick Hall in Southport and Colderstones School In Allerton.

Lessons are presently charged at a base rate of £13 for a half hour lessonor 23 for an hour. If I travel to you then accounting for travel time and expenses brings it up to £15 for half hour or £25 for the hour.
