Bart quickly grasped the specialized needs of the Italian Ministry of Interior staff (Prefects & Vice Prefects) providing them with language training in total confidentiality in 2004/5. Thanks to him I successfully presented English reports on Italian migration policies at various OSCE meetings. He is an excellent coach giving you the confidence to speak, write, listen, read and even think in English. I fully recommend Bart to anyone and continue to consult him on specialist language topics to this day.
