Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach French, Spanish, Law and English.

Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a languages degree, a law degree and a teaching certificate. They are BA hons, LLB hons and finally P.G.C.E.F.E. The teaching certificate is 16plus.

What kind of experience do you have?
Fifteen years teaching experience teaching in schools and F.E colleges, and five years experience as a private tutor, teaching all ages and abilities.

I have run several language courses, and moderated in exams, my results in academia are always excellent, and I can give good references.

How much do you charge?
I charge 20 pounds per hour, and slightly more for university/degree level teaching or further distances. I am happy to travel provided my expenses are met: please ask me about this since I am more than happy to negotiate. Below the age of fifteen I charge £17 per hour: this is a discounted price. I also offer a discount if students book more than ten lessons. Groups range from £30-£50 per hour (for a group of more than two). Please ask me for exact rates if interested.

Where do you teach?
I teach in my home in Newport, a lovely old Victorian house with a big garden, and I also travel to students' houses. I teach in Newport, Rogerstone, High Cross, Caerleon, Ponthir, Langstone, Cardiff, Chepstow, Monmouth, Cardiff Bay,Abergavenny, Cwmbran, Rhiwderin, Machen, Cyncoed, Whitchurch, Llandaff, St Mellons and Rhiwbina.

I will travel up to 20 miles.

When are you available?
I am available Monday to Friday 9 am to 9pm. I am free at weekends 9am to 9pm, and also during holidays.

Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach school age children, G.C.S.E age ranges, G.C.E. and degree levels. I also offer languages for business, either in a one to one basis or for companies.
I teach all ages and abilities: 13-73!

Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
I hold a valid C.R.B. check (2010).
