If you need Math tutoring, I will be able to help.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Mathematics up to A level and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) at any level.
Tell me about your qualifications.
BSc Mathematics from King's College London
MSc Finance from Imperial College London
What kind of experience do you have?
In the past, I have given Maths tuition to Primary as well as Secondary students.
How much do you charge?
Tutoring prices are shown above, each session lasting for 2 hours - past experience suggests this is an optimal amount of time for students to effectively absorb the subject matter without being overwhelmed. In terms of group lessons, I charge £10 extra per head per hour. For example, for a group of 3 GCSE students, I would charge £35+£10+£10, which is £55 all together for an hour.
Where do you teach?
I teach at students homes. I am willing to travel within London from zone 1 up to zone 3 and do not charge travel expenses.
When are you available?
I am available from Monday till Friday from 9am to 8pm. I am also available during weekends upon request.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
In terms of Maths tutoring, I teach students from any age up to A level. But in terms of Chinese languages, I can teach students of any age.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
No.
Tell me about some of your current students.
At the moment I am giving Chinese classes to a few university students as well as Maths tuitions to KS2, KS3, GCSE and A level students.
Do you have a personal message for students?
You should always revise the material after each tuition session!
