About Victoria
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have gained a lot of experience in teaching after spending my gap year teaching music in primary schools around Cambridge. Whilst at RWCMD, I worked in the Junior Music department; organising the orchestra as well as chaperoning lessons and assisting in the Brass Ensemble. I currently teach peripatetically for Rhondda Cynon Taf music service, and also teach privately.
As well as teaching, I also freelance in and around Cardiff, and across the UK.

I have recently had a DBS check with Rhondda Cynon Taf music service.

- Which subject(s) do you teach?
Although I specialise in French horn, I also have experience teaching other instruments including; Flute, Tenor horn and Trumpet
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have recently graduated from RWCMD with BMus(Hons). Whilst studying there I completed my ABRSM Teaching Diploma in 'Instrumental Teaching'.
Prior to starting college, I gained grade 8 (ABRSM) in French horn, Flute and Tenor horn.
I am currently studying part-time with Hugh Seenan on his ProHorn Course in London.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £15 for half hour lessons and £25 for an hour. I am willing to travel within a one hour radius of Cardiff, and expenses with be calculated on the mileage travelled.
- Where do you teach?
I can travel to pupils' houses to teach.
- When are you available?
I have a very flexible timetable, so please get in contact to arrange a time and day that would suit us both.
