Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Keyboard, Organ and Piano (Musikademy).
Tell me about your qualifications.
I passed my LLCM (Licentiate of the London College of Music) in December 1995.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching 17yrs this year and also teach at Musikademy in Kings Lynn.
How much do you charge?
I charge £8 per 30 mins and £15 per hour.
Where do you teach?
I mainly teach at home.
When are you available?
I'm available from 9am - 8.30pm.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
The age range i teach is 5-95!
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
I have a CRB Check and 2 from schools as well.
Where and with whom did you train?
I trained with Jim Ford in Lincs for a number of years while doing my Grades and then did my 2 year Diploma Course at Norwich with Jane Berry.
Do you have a personal message for students?
Keep practising - Persevere and you will be rewarded at the end!
Organ and Keyboard Book Recommendations
I have been teaching music for 17 years in August, and for the Organ found that a book called Palmer-Hughes Spinet Organ Course was the best. For the keyboard I use Complete Keyboard Player.
