Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Biology and Chemistry, and Physics if part of dual or single-award GCSE.

How much do you charge?
I charge £15/hr for GCSE or A-Level, plus reasonable petrol costs for travel. Discounts are available for groups.

Where do you teach?
I am happy to teach at the student's home, and can travel easily within the Bolton area (I am currently living in Little Lever). I will also consider students in the Radcliffe/Bury area, or central Manchester.

When are you available?
I am available weekday evenings from 7pm-9pm or most weekends.

Which ages and levels do you teach?
I can teach secondary and sixth form students, to GCSE or A-Level. I am also happy to teach mature students.

Do you have a CRB disclosure certificate?
Yes, I have an up-to-date disclosure certificate.

Tell me about your qualifications.
I have 10A* & 2A grades at GCSE, plus 4As and 1B at A-Level. I have a BSc in Biochemistry (2.1, from Warwick University) and am currently writing up my PhD in Biology at Manchester.

Tell me about some of your current students.
I am currently tutoring 3 A level Chemistry students.

Do you have a personal message for students?
I really enjoyed studying science at school, but I am aware that a lot of people struggle with these subjects. I would love to be a science teacher in the future and have a lot of experience doing voluntary work with children and young people. I would aim to make learning science a more fun and enjoyable experience, whilst aiming for the top grades too.
