Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach all brass instruments at any level of learning as well as beginner piano and music theory at any level.

Tell me about your qualifications.
I am just graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I play the trombone to a high standard, and have been trained in teaching all brass instruments as part of my course at the Guildhall. I have played with many different size ensembles, and genres, from classical to jazz, funk and pop and am happy to teach any of these styles. As regards teaching, I have taught many pupils before very successfully, through exams and just to learn a new skill.

How much do you charge?
Lessons are costed at £25 per hour which includes my travel expenses. Lessons for half an hour cost £15 which again includes travel.

Where do you teach?
I am able to teach all brass instruments anywhere in London. I am based in central London, but am able to travel anywhere in London, and also the outer boroughs such as Richmond to teach at students' homes. I am based a 10 minute walk from Old Street, Bethnal Green and Liverpool Street Stations.

When are you available?
I am available to teach at all times of the week, throughout the holidays and am able to give an intensive course of lessons over school holidays. My times are very flexible, so I am able to fit in around your commitments.

Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach all levels and ages, from young children who are just learning, through to adult beginners. If you have been having lessons before, then I am happy to take on advanced pupils, or give consultation lessons for anyone interested in starting to play brass instruments or the piano.

Do you have a CRB disclosure certificate?
Not as yet, but I am more than happy to get one.

Where and with whom did you train?
I trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with Eric Crees (principal trombone at ROH Covent Garden)

Do you have a personal message for students?
Be it for fun, to improve, to learn a new skill, or to work hard and aim high, I am willing to teach anyone who wishes to learn. What you put in, you will definitely be rewarded with. Music is a fantastic hobby or profession and I am very enthusiastic about teaching it!
