- Hi, I teach the AlexanderTechnique a discipline specialising in movement, helping people with musculo-skeletal problems and improving performance in the arts and sport.

- I teach the Alexander Technique.

- I have undertaken the 3 year full-time training required by STAT and am fully qualified and insured.
- What kind of experience do you have?
- Having worked for many years as an I.T professional I specialise in posture in the work environment.
I also work with teenagers to help improve tension related issues which may be caused by a variety of problems such as - Poor posture, stress and exam nerves. The Technique can also be helpful to this age group in improving performance in music, drama, singing, dance and many sports. - How much do you charge?
- I offer an introductory session for £32.00 with a free book on the Alexander Technique and thereafter each lesson is £36.00. I also offer block booking discounts and Special offers (Please see website for details).

- I teach from a consulting room adjacent to my home in Lindford, Hants GU35 0NZ which is approximately -

I do offer home visits as well. - When are you available?
- I work Monday to Friday - The first session being 8am and the last session at 3.45pm.
Saturday 9am - 1pm
Sunday 9am - 1pm - Which ages and levels do you teach?
- I teach all ages from teenagers to adults

- I trained with Carolyn Nichols at the Brighton Alexander Technique College, Hove.

- Currently I teach the Alexander Technique at a local independent school so I am very comfortable working with teenagers.
In my private practice my clientele is varied but the common thread is the desire to deal with the cause of pain/postural issues rather than being treated for the effects. - Do you have a personal message for students?
