- Key stage 2 and 3 English, Key Stage 3 History and ICT, GCSE English and Media Studies, A level English, Media Studies and Philosophy, Teeline Shorthand.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
- As well as a BA (Hons) First Class Humanities with Literature and Philosophy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, I also hold a City and Guilds Further Adult Education Teachers' Certificate. I am also a qualified project manager - so very organised!
- What kind of experience do you have?
- English and Philosophy are my first loves and I have experience of teaching pupils up to A level. I am an enthusiastic creative writer and belong to a local writers group, so enjoy sharing my techniques with pupils. I have many year experience in industry as a Microsoft Trainer and Business Change Manager, teaching on the Institute of Leadership and Management programme and training journalists for their National Council for the Training of Journalists qualification.
- How much do you charge?
- My first lesson is a consultation lasting 45 minutes for which I charge £15.00. I am happy to teach small groups of up to 7 students and offer a 25% discount for groups of over 3 pupils. I charge 0.40p per mile for venues over 10 miles from home.
- Where do you teach?
- I am happy to teach at my home or work with students in their own home. The towns which I am able to work include Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Ives, Cambourne and Royston or surrounding villages.
- When are you available?
- I am available from 4 to 6 every week day.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
- From Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 5. I would be happy to consider tutoring small groups of home schooled pupils.

- GCSE and A levels
