I have been teaching the piano at home since January 2008. I currently teach only children aged 4 - 10, but welcome older students too.

I teach Piano, Electric Keyboards and Theory (up to ABRSM Grade 5).

What kind of experience do you have?
I taught English to kindergarten and primary aged children in Japan after graduation from university, for four years.
I have been teaching the piano from my home since January 2008. I also have experience of teaching group keyboard classes, in schools.

How much do you charge?
At my home in Greenhithe - trial lessons are free for children. My hourly rate is £25/ hour, £12.50/ half hour.
If travelling to your home (East London, Mondays only), my hourly rate is £30/ hour, £15/ half hour.

Where do you teach?
I teach at home, in Greenhithe, near Bluewater, Kent, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
I can travel to your home in East London (any E postcode) on Mondays.

When are you available?
I am available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings, at home in Greenhithe.
I am available on Mondays in East London.

Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach from age 4 (maturity level allowing) upwards.
I teach from complete beginners up to ABRSM Grade 5.

Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
Yes.

Do you belong to any professional organisations?
EPTA (European Piano Teachers Association).
I am also the Secretary of EPTA Kent.
