- I teach jazz, soul, blues, pop and rock guitar.
I can give a comprehensive study of the neck:
Scales/modes: All positions, all keys, all modes 5, 6, 7 and 8 notes scales
Chords: Triads and quatriads in all inversions with spread and closed voicings
Arpegios:Triads and quatriads all positions
Music theory:
Harmony, cadences, reading and writing music, composition.
Improvisation, soloing.
Rhythm:
Swing, rock, latin, comping.etc.. - Tell me about your qualifications.
- BA from the Aula de jazz de Barcelona, 3 years study.
- What kind of experience do you have?
- I have been teaching for 18 years in different situations: one to one, colleges, schools, summer school, music colleges etc..
- How much do you charge?
- £25/hour (£20/hour concession if you come to mine, uni students, unemployed etc..)
- Where do you teach?
- I teach primarily from home but I can come to yours providing you don't live too far from my address.

- I teach all levels ( from beginner to very advance) all ages (not under 7 though).
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
- I can help student with their grades 1 till 8.
- Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
- Yes

- I can do online teaching via emails.
- Do you belong to any professional organisations?
- I am part of the award winning F-IRE collective. A London based association of professional jazz/modern/contemporary musicians.
- Where and with whom did you train?
- I studied in Spain at the Aula de Jazz de Barcelona and in France at the Sete conservatory. Besides this I studied with New York based guitarists, Ben Monder, Brad Seppick, Dave Gilmore, Nir Felder and attended Ralph Alesis's SIM courses again in New York.

- I have several students learning with me at the moment, if you want a reference from them contact me and I will put you in touch with them.
