What kind of experience do you have?
I am a third-year maths undergraduate at Trinity College of the University of Cambridge and have given private tutuition on GCSE physics, GCE A-level maths and further maths as well as STEP maths, to about 20 students in Hong Kong and Cambridge. One student, who had STEP tuition with me last year, is currently reading maths at Trinity College of The University of Cambridge. Moreover, I have been a mentor for the senior mentoring scheme of the United Kingdom Mathematical Trust since 2008 and taught 5 mentees of year 10-11.
How much do you charge?
These are the charges for my tutorial sessions inside Cambridge town centre, with additional £10 traveling expenses if the tuition is outside Cambridge town centre:
£40 per hour for AEA/STEP; £35 per hour for GCE A-levels; £30 per hour for GCSE
Where do you teach?
I teach in Cambridge only, but can teach either in university campus or at students' homes.
When are you available?
9:00am-7:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and school holidays.
