Personal Message: I am a freelance french horn player, teacher and chamber musician.
Which subject(s) do you teach?: I teach french horn to all standards, and beginner piano and trumpet.
Tell me about your qualifications.: I received a Bachelor of Music degree from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, and have recently gained a Masters in Music qualification from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. I also have ABRSM grade 8 in piano and french horn.
What kind of experience do you have?: I have experience in teaching pupils of all ages and standards.
How much do you charge?: I charge £20 an hour, £12 for half an hour and £16 for 45 minutes.
Where do you teach?: I teach at home and travel to students houses within the Manchester area.
When are you available?: Weekdays and weekends any time. My times are flexible and I can accommodate your schedule.
Which ages and levels do you teach?: French Horn: beginner- advanced
Piano: beginner- ABRSM grade 5
Trumpet: beginner- ABRSM grade 5

I will teach anyone any age who is willing and enthusiastic to learn!
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?: Qualifications with ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall, school assessments or none at all, whatever the student prefers.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?: I do not currently have an up to date CRB check but I am happy to obtain one on request.
Where and with whom did you train?: I studied at the Royal Northern College of Music with Lindsey Stoker and Beccy Goldberg. I then competed a Masters degree at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with Hugh Seenan, Jeff Bryant, Richard Bissill and Jonathan Lipton. I have also performed in masterclasses with Froydis Ree Werke, Frank Lloyd, David Pyatt and John Ryan.
Do you have a personal message for students?: Friendly, relaxed and patient I place emphasis on enjoying music and the instrument. I hope that students would share in my passion for music whether learning seriously or just for fun.
