Personal Message
I am an extremely friendly, approachable, highly qualified tutor with many years experience. I specialise in English at all levels, and have a degree in English Literature from Cambridge University. I also have a great deal of experience in preparing students for 11+ and 13+ school entrance exams, particularly in the London area, where I am familiar with many of the individual school syllabuses. I also help students to prepare for University application, with particular focus on writing the Personal Statement for the UCAS form and working on interview technique. I hope to encourage and work intensively on specific problem areas identified with my students on an individual basis, building their confidence and raising grades, often by two or three grade boundaries. I can provide excellent references. I very much look forward to meeting you!
