Amus.A - What kind of experience do you have?
- I have many years experience teaching piano to children from ages 5 - 17 and have also taught a number of adults. I am currently working with many talented students at Chetham's School of Music.
- How much do you charge?
- £25 per hour at my home. £15 for 30mins.
Depending on the location I may be able to travel to student's home: £30 per hour. - Where do you teach?
- I teach at my home in Salford Quays but it is possible for me to travel to locations around Salford/Manchester.
- When are you available?
- I'm available on weekends, any time Mon and Weds, Tues evenings, Thurs before 3pm.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
- I teach all ages and levels from beginners to advanced.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
- I will cater the lessons to the student's desires i.e if the student wants to prepare for exams eg ABRSM or if they prefer not to do any exams.
- Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
- Yes I do have an up-to-date CRB certificate.
- Where and with whom did you train?
- At the Royal Northern College of Music my teacher was Dr Stephen Savage.
At the Sydney Conservatorium of Music I learnt from Stephanie McCallum.
At the Sydney Conservatorium High School I learnt from Elizabeth Powell. - Do you have a personal message for students?
- Learning piano can be very rewarding and I welcome any students of any age and ability!
