- I'm a music teacher based in North London and I'm also a high profile performer who plays across a broad range of styles and genres.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
- I'm a trombone specialist but I can teach all brass instruments as well. I'm also a music workshop leader, and could work for organisations and/or individuals.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
- I did my undergraduate degree in the Pablo Sarasate conservatoire, one of the most distinguished music colleges in Spain, where I won the gold medal.
Then I trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, where I finished my Masters and my Post Graduate Diploma with Distinction. I also became a fellow of this institution.
I have also obtained my PGCE at the University of Navarre in Spain. - What kind of experience do you have?
- I have an extensive teaching experience, having worked with both private students and school students over the last 10 years.
I have also collaborated in a large number of projects with the Education Departments of the English Touring Opera, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, English Sinfonia and the Tate Modern amongst others.
I have offered Masterclases to students of a number of prestigious Institutions such as the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester (UK), The Manuel de Falla Foundation in Granada (Spain), The Hochschule für musik in Wüzburg (Germany) and the University of Chile among others. - How much do you charge?
- I charge £25 per hour and I don't charge travel costs if the place is within a reasonable cycling distance.
For workshops I charge £80 an hour but I could look at the possibility of a discount for long time workshops. - Where do you teach?
- At the moment, due to my busy schedule as a professional musician I'm only teaching privately and I'm also invited to give Master Classes at some music Colleges.
- When are you available?
- I'm quite flexible but weekdays are usually better as I have concerts most of the weekends of the year.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
- I teach all levels and ages.
- Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
- Yes, I have a CRB disclosure cercificate.

- Where and with whom did you train?
- My teachers were Eric Crees, Simon Wills, Peter Gane, John Kenny, Adam Woolf, Scott Stroman and Jiggs Whigham.
