Trained at Leeds University and Leeds College of Music with Head of Vocal studies, Jane Anthony
Do you have a personal message for students?
Thus far in my career as a performing artist I have learnt that performance requires patience and extensive use of the imagination. I need to ‘see’ the place a song is describing and ‘be’ the character I’m singing in order to create a true performance. I look forward to teaching more students not only the importance of these skills, but how they too can become performers through a greater understanding of the positive power of the human voice.
