Personal Message: I studied with a full Music Scholarship to Wells Cathedral School on violin, viola and piano and then went on to The Royal Academy of Music with a scholarship to study viola and violin.

Tell me about your qualifications.: BMus with LRAM, diploma on violin and Grade 8 on viola and piano, both with Distinction
What kind of experience do you have?: Worked at West Wickham Music Centre (ages 5-30yrs), taught at Kidbrooke School (piano), worked at Morden Mount school (teaching wider opportunities) on violin and teach privately
How much do you charge?: £20 for 30mins, £25 for 45 mins and £30 for an hour with an additional £5 for travel
Where do you teach?: I usually travel to students' houses to teach
When are you available?: Am available to teach on Mondays - Fridays
Which ages and levels do you teach?: Children and adults, grades 1 - grade 8
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?: Yes

I believe strongly in the benefits of learning a musical instrument and I wish to pass on what I have gained from my own studies and experience. At whatever level you wish to learn, teaching should ensure a balance of sound technique, musical learning and above all nurtures a sense of enjoyment in the art of music making.
