Hi! I´m Nora, a 27 year old percussion/drums teacher from Austria. I´m happy to hear from you and help you with discovering new skills!

Interview

Which subject(s) do you teach?
1.) *I teach German. Either you are just interested in the language, have to learn it for school, visit a German speaking country and want to speak a little bit, want to emigrate, want to learn High German (for acting, business,..) or a dialect: Everybody is welcome!

*I teach English for German speaking people. Ich helfe euch beim Englisch lernen: (Grund)vokabeln, Grammatik, Schreiben, Reden.

2.) *I teach drums/percussion/Marimba/music education: This is for everybody who wants to: play percussion instruments/drums/snare drum or Marimba, find or develop their rhythm and/or improve on music theory or wants to get their children (or themselves!) in touch with (early) music education.

+Good to know: I have a Marimba at my place.
+Good to know: I provide practise pads.

Tell me about your qualifications.
I'm from Austria so I´m a native German speaker.

I've had a lot of rhetoric and voice training.

I have a Bachelor´s degree (hons) in Music Education - Voice and Instruments - Percussion Instruments. (Tyrolean Conservatory/Mozarteum Salzburg)

What kind of experience do you have?
I'm a native German speaker.

I'm a music teacher as well as a private lessons teacher (English, German) so I have a lot of teaching experience. I also played in several ensembles and plays.

I love working with people and always see the individual.

How much do you charge?
I offer: - discounts for siblings /families
- group tuition
- discounts for those who want to learn German and music

I charge 25 pounds/hour for a one to one lesson. Group tuition negotiable.

Where do you teach?
I would be happy if you could come to my place. I also travel to Lewisham, Greenwich, Blackheath (travel supplement).

I live in Greenwich near Greenwich Park. Very close to Lewisham and Blackheath.

The nearest rail / DLR stations are: Greenwich, Blackheath and Lewisham. Buses:e.g. 53/386/380. There is also a lot of parking space.

When are you available?
I´m very flexible, so I´m sure we can arrange the perfect time and date!

Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach everybody from 3-99. From beginners to advanced learners.

Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
Yes.

I had/have a lot of pupils (Austria/UK). My youngest was 4, the oldest 45.
