- Yoga, meditation and deep relaxation for all ages and fitness levels, for health and relaxation. I teach meditation in the yoga tradition using breath, mantra and visualisation.

- Friends of Yoga International Teaching Diploma Postgraduate Certificate Yoga for ME and Cf with Fiona Agombar Meditation Teachers Certificate BYTA Yoga as Therapy Training with Doug Keller Just completed a 300 hour postgraduate training course in Yoga Therapy for the BCYT Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 First Aid certificate CRB Enhanced Disclosure BSc First Class Honours (Earth and Environmental Science)
- What kind of experience do you have?
- I have been practicing yoga for 36 years. I teach one to one from my home or in yours, in schools, private clinics, retirement estates,health clubs, local halls, sport centres. I regularly give talks on meditation to social and special interest groups. I run beginners in meditation, 'going deeper' courses for more experienced meditators and a weekly drop in group. I also offer deep relaxation classes and therapeutic yoga classes for people suffering from conditions such as ME or CF
- How much do you charge?
- I charge £45 for yoga or meditation one to one at my home and may add an appropriate charge for travel to your home depending on the distance. Group class prices £9 - £10
- Where do you teach?
- I teach from my home in Englefield Green, and am willing to travel within my local area e.g. Egham, Staines, Windsor, Virginia Water, Ascot, Sunningdale, Bracknell,Taplow, Ashford, Wraysbury, Thorpe, Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston, Sunbury, Shepperton, Feltham, Hounslow, Isleworth, Whitton.
- When are you available?
- I am available for one to ones daytime, evenings and weekends.

- Adults and children.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
- I have a diverse student base. I teach in a mental health clinic, run a therapeutic yoga class for people with conditions such as ME glandular arthritis, diabetes, and work with a group od elderly people on a retirement etsate. At the other end of the scale i run several dynamic yoga class for fitter clients who want to increase their flexibility, strength and stamina.
My meditation students come from all walks of life and range from 18 to 75 years old. - Do you have a personal message for students?
