My name is Danielle and I am a PhD music student working in Sheffield. I'm very passionate about music performance and enjoy teaching music to all ages and abilities.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach piano, music theory and university music. I can also proof read any music essays.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a BMus and a Masters from King's College London: I received a First Class Honours for my undergraduate degree and a Distinction in my Masters. As part of both degrees, I spent three years studying piano at the Royal Academy of Music and I have received an ATCL in piano.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £30 per hour and £15 per half hour for instrumental and music theory lessons.
- Where do you teach?
I teach in and around Sheffield. I usually teach at my home in S10, where I have an upright piano. I would be within easy distance of Broomhill, Fulwood, Lodge Moor, Crookes, Eccleshall Road, Crosspool, Hillsborough or Stannington.
- When are you available?
I am available for lessons any time of the week or weekend. My diary is flexible as a PhD student so I can accommodate you.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach all ages and abilities.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
If the student wishes I can put them through grade exams. I can also prepare students for GCSE and A-level music.
