As my son's tutor, Roisin has been a fantastic influence and has really engaged his interest in the subject. Róisín is passionate about her subject and this really motivates and inspires her students. He thoroughly enjoyed his sessions with her and is in no doubt about the quality and value of her teaching. As a parent I have found Róisín reliable, dedicated to her student's success and very open to working with the student/parents to tailor lessons to the specific needs of the student.

My daughter did Latin at GCSE, but was finding transition to 6th Form difficult. I knew when I spoke to Roisin that she'd be able to help. Róisín gave invaluable help with Latin language, and valuable tips on approaching the demands of the Pre U. I found her to be very professional in her approach to tutoring. She was always prompt and reliable, and diligent in setting and marking work. She is very pleasant and friendly, and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking a Tutor.

Róisín has been teaching my daughter Juliet for 'A' level re-sits for a few months now, and has approached the task with intelligence, tact and determination. She has also been very understanding, giving Juliet renewed confidence and helping her tremendously with essay technique as well as inspiring her to work hard. I recommend her highly.

Miss Therese taught the Latin AfterSchool club at my son's school. It is a challenging task in terms of age range, ability and pupil behaviour. Roisin has been our longest serving and by far best Latin teacher the school has had. She is a real find. She has been totally dedicated to producing a club that we can be truly proud of and in which ever child enjoys coming to. Roisin Therese taught my boys over 2years. She is a brilliant and dedicated Latin teacher whose passion for the subject is obvious and who brings the necessary intellect to what can be a demanding subject. She gave them a solid grounding in Latin grammar. In addition Roisin gave my boys an insight into the history of Rome which set the subject in its context. My daughter was taking Latin outside of school so Roisin designed a course especially for her. Roisin has a strong ability to relate and connect with teenagers. She took her teaching very seriously. Roisin kept it interesting by adding related studies such as etymology, Roman history and culture. She was very good at coming up with new ways to engage students. Roisin is highly intelligent, capable and hard working. She also has an innate ability to understand and empathise with others.

Roisin's excellent command over the subject and the ability to address the need of my daughter made her an outstanding professional in the field of teaching. I found her to be friendly, warm, extremely organised, honest, and reliable.  She was always striving for my daughter to attain her true potential.
